Nomination is open to all Filipino citizens and persons of Filipino heritage legally residing and/or working in Singapore for at least two (2) years, who have actively contributed to the enhancement of the image of the Filipino and/or the promotion of Filipino heritage and culture.

If you know someone who is deserving of this award, simply fill up the nomination form and submit this together with the supporting documents as specified below:

1. CV with latest 2×2 photo.
2. Narrative description of nominee’s deeds, achievements, and personality based on the following awards criteria and proof of deeds/supporting documents (should be signed by the nominee, nominator, and two references who know the nominee personally, as an attestation of the truthfulness of the nominee’s deeds).

Criteria:

• Work Ethic and Industry – loyalty and commitment to work.
• Extraordinary Achievement – track record, success/excellence or distinction on chosen career/job.
• Moral Integrity and Community Spirit – personal integrity, kind deeds/charity work to Singaporeans and Filipinos alike or contributions to the Filipino community in Singapore.

Nomination is open to all Filipino citizens and persons of Filipino heritage legally residing and/or working in Singapore, who have showcased the Filipino talent and who have received any formal recognition and/or award from the workplace or from reputable foreign institutions and organizations in Singapore. The recognition and/or award should have been given for the year 2008.

Examples of these can be “Customer Satisfaction Leader of the Year”, “Best Systems Engineer of the Year”, etc. Recognition can also be in the form of awards in photo competitions, essay writing contests, etc.
